Selling over 100 million albums worldwide Guns N Roses is one of the best rock bands of all time. Their jam My Michelle helped boost their album Appetite For Destruction to #1 on the Billboard 200. I'm sure Axl's dance "The Snake" helped sell a few of those albums too.
